## Frequently Asked Questions

How does attribution work?

For self-serve referrals, the first affiliate link clicked wins. For intro deals, the first affiliate to make the introduction wins. If the same person was both referred via link and introduced directly, the link takes priority.

When do I get paid?

Payouts happen quarterly within 30 days of the end of each quarter. So Q1 (January–March) would be paid by April 30.

Is there a minimum payout amount?

Yes. Details are shared during onboarding.

How long does commission last?

You earn commission on the first 12 months of each customer's revenue. After that, the commission period ends for that customer.

What if I referred someone but also introduced them directly?

If you both shared your link and made a direct introduction, you earn the self-serve commission rate (20%), the higher of the two.

Can I use the demo account to try Omnia before recommending it?

Yes. All approved affiliates get a demo account with 50 prompts so you can explore the platform firsthand.
